Nighthaven Woods has a strict return policy regarding digital products; we do not accept returns or exchanges on any digital product purchases, and all digital downloads are non-refundable. Additionally, Nighthaven Woods does not offer technical support for digital products once they have been downloaded. For physical items (i.e., not digital or service), please return them to us within 14 days of delivery for exchange or in-store credit only. All returns must be postmarked within 14 business days of receipt, and the items must be in new condition. Please note that custom orders are final, samples are as-is purchases and are considered final sale, and all items purchased on sale or with a discount are also final sale.
