Nighthaven Woods does not accept returns or exchanges on any digital product purchases. All digital downloads are non-refundable. Nighthaven Woods does not provide technical support for digital products once they are downloaded.  For physical items (i.e., not digital or service), please return it to us within 14 days of delivery for exchange or in-store credit only. All returns must be postmarked within 14 business days of receipt. The item must be in new condition. Custom orders are final. Samples are as-is purchases and are final sale.
