Nighthaven Woods is guided by a leadership team that brings together ecological expertise and practical infrastructure knowledge. Founded by a group of professionals with backgrounds in education, sustainable land stewardship, and engineering, the farm benefits from an interdisciplinary approach that informs every aspect of its operations. At the core of the team are leaders with experience in academic research, civil engineering, and regenerative land practices, who collectively oversee the farm’s vision, strategy, and day-to-day management.

Under this leadership, Nighthaven Woods operates as more than a working farm—it functions as a living laboratory for regenerative land use and place-based learning. One of the founding members brings extensive experience in public engagement and community-centered program design, shaping the farm’s educational and consulting offerings. Another provides technical oversight, ensuring that water systems, site infrastructure, and land planning align with long-term ecological goals.
